CCL offers Open Programmes in all aspects of Creative Leadership
"Visual Explorer" was created by David Magellan Horth and Chuck Palus of the Center for Creative Leadership.
This powerful tool has been utilised in support of brand ethnography and culture change studies that has captured the interest of the Visual Explorer's creators.

The adoption of the technique by Shinergise followed our participation in a CCL "Workshop on Innovation: Understanding the Human Principles for Sustaining Innovation". During that workshop the rich visual imagery of the Visual Explorer tool was used to create perspectives on Innovation in a wide array of organisations, quite literally from entrepreneurs and universities to big Pharma and NASA! The universal applicability of the tool is a testament to the foresight of David and Chuck, consequently I'm proud to be an enthusiastic user of the Visual Explorer tool.

Shinergise has pioneered a "Thematic Cluster" approach to get participants to segment their visual themes into meaningful dimensions that allow for further exploration using the Leadership Metaphor Explorer and Values Explorer tools, also from The Center for Creative Leadership. Recently a core R&D team in a major multi-national corporation redesigned their "Mission & Purpose" using a facilitated interview process utilising Visual Explorer - the thematic clusters and verbatim comments from critical business partners were then used to design a compelling and inspirational video collage. This has then gone on to be deployed throughout the organisation with considerable success!
