The Origins of our Name - A combination of past experience and future promise.
SHIN = This has a double meaning in Japanese, it literally translates as "NEW" but equally as important, one of the many kanji characters for 'shin', which is somewhat confusingly then pronounced 'kami', means amongst other things "superior spirits". It also is used in various circumstances to represent, "heart, mind, spirit, feelings, emotions, thoughts" and again depending on the context, "faith, honesty, sincerity". 真
-ERGISE = Abbreviated of course from ENERGISE, which is one of the core tasks that we seek to accomplish when working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in our clients.
Together with our clients we discover existing and create new synergies within teams - both internal to our clients and more importantly externally with their clients.
Put it together and you can understand the Shinergise Partners philosophy "CREATING NEW ENERGY. DELIVERING NEW RESULTS."
Our simple goal is to energise our client teams, making the seemingly impossible practically deliverable, boosting team spirit and fostering a "can do" attitude that delivers results.
Finally reflecting some feedback from one of my Japanese mentors, who remarked that we were but trains passing through the station - our success is measured not by our own achievements or even the improvements we make to the station but by the improvements in the people we interact with on the journey.
The Shinkansen is fast, cost-effective and dependable on deadlines.
