"Team Trust Drivers" is a piece of evolving exploratory work that has built on the published research in the arena of Global Virtual Teams and drawn in appropriate themes and rapport-building techniques to help geographically and functionally diverse teams function at higher performance levels.
Since being debuted in 2007, it has now been used as one of the fundamental pillars of our Leadership Academy programme and in total some 250 managers have been exposed to the Team Trust Drivers philosophy.
As one of the most powerful and memorable tools shared with our clients, the process is built on the concept that TRUST is both the fuel and lubricant of high performance teamwork.
The Trust Driver Process
The STOP-START-CONTINUE approach to behavioural change is widely used and is specifically deployed in the Team Trust Drivers workshops to focus in on the behaviours that contribute to building and sustaining trust.
The Establish è Earn è Expand èEmpowerpathway is built from a combination of personal experience and published research; the overall approach is to break down complex interactions into a series of basic activities and to develop a shared understanding of the significance of these amongst team members.
The process lends itself to the study and development of strategic alliances and collaborative relationships. Team Trust Drivers is now a fundamental pillar in all team dynamics and organisational development work done by Shinergise - the model is set to appear in a new Financial Times book being published in June 2011.
