"Drivers of Change™" a unique development tool created by Ian Walton of Coaching Ideas, with whom we have a very healthy and productive associate relationship - clicking on the Coaching Ideas link below will take you to Ian's home page from which you can explore further.
This approach helps teams identify issues and challenges associated with moving from the current status quo to an improved strategic future. It is focused around a confidential questionnaire administered by the coaching consultant and the collective team inputs are fed back in an action-oriented framework for change.

Shinergise uses the Drivers of Change™ analysis approach as a client-driven diagnostic tool; we work with clients to identify their needs and then consolidate team-based feedback to crystallise out critical actionable outcomes that enables our clients to boost team performance.
We use the "Prism" icon to encourage a focus on one primary mission together with the required team behaviours to facilitate the change process. It is often the first stage of a journey of change and in its own right creates a milestone from which teams can progress through shared ownership of views and alignment of perspectives.
Drivers of Change has been used in various programme modules with clients including: MARS, MACH, Symrise, Firmenich (India), Finlays Tea Extracts, Intel Healthcare, Swiss Precision Diagnostics (a 50:50 P&G - Alere joint venture).
