The Trust Driver Process
The STOP-START-CONTINUE approach to behavioural change is widely used and is specifically deployed in the Trust Drivers workshops to focus in on the behaviours that contribute to building and sustaining trust.
The Establish è Earn è Expand èEmpowerpathway is built from a combination of personal experience and published research; the overall approach is to break down complex interactions into a series of basic activities and to develop a shared understanding of the significance of these amongst team members.
The process lends itself to the study and development of strategic alliances and collaborative relationships.
